Bourbon coffee is a delicious bourbon-spiked coffee sweetened with brown sugar and topped with whipped cream. It is basically Irish coffee but made with bourbon. It will surely be a treat for all bourbon drinkers!
You could also add some cream to your coffee if you don’t like it black. In this recipe, we’re using whipped cream. This coffee tastes quite strong, so you must really like bourbon whiskey to like this drink!
If you want a stronger taste of Bourbon Coffee, you can make it as a cold brew by keeping it at room temperature for 12 to 24 hours. In this post, we will show you how to make regular Bourbon Coffee and how to make Cold Brew Bourbon Cocktail.

For making cold brew, We started out with a medium roast breakfast blend coffee. If you don’t have a blend coffee, you can even use a single origin coffee. We made our cold brew by coarsely grinding our whole beans and adding that to a batch of cold water and letting it steep overnight.
